Prescription Drug Take Back Day- PG County Drop Off Spots- Oct. 23rd

This is a twice a year event by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

You can turn in your expired and unused prescription and over the counter meds anonymously and free of charge!

The goal is to prevent the misuse of these medications.

Acceptable items include:

  • Prescription meds
  • Over the counter meds
  • Veterinary meds

Items NOT acceptable include:

  • Needles/ lancets (sharps)
  • Aerosols

PG county drop off locations:

  • The Athletic Republic
  • Bowie Police Department
