For Prince George’s County (PGC) residents, food and food-soiled paper items, including paper towels, plates and napkins, pizza boxes and ice cream containers may be composted by setting them out at the curb by 6:30am for Monday collection.
The items listed above must be placed in the County issued green Organics cart for pick-up. The cart can also be used for yard waste.

You should get a card about the program in the mail that looks like this so don’t throw it out!
