As of February 14, 2022, you can place (2) bulky trash items next to your trash bin for pick-up on your regularly scheduled trash collection day. Sounds so easy right?! I will be testing this out soon! Haha!
In my opinion, this is a much better process than the former one requiring either (1) a call to 311 or (2) an online request, in order to schedule pick-up on a random future date- and then it doesn’t happen for “some reason”. So annoying!!
