My family and I checked out the new Milk & Honey restaurant in Suitland (Camp Springs) for brunch last Sunday and we were not disappointed! The customer service needs a little work, but the food was really good.
We had a little difficulty spotting the restaurant because the name is not on the outside of the building. Hopefully this will change soon.
We arrived around 11am and were told we had a 15 minute wait to be seated- but we actually had a 45 minute wait.
The restaurant is lively and modern.
Our waitress was not as attentive as we would’ve liked, but other wait staff helped us out.
Once we got our food, we were quite pleased.
My only complaint about the food is that I would’ve preferred more thickly sliced bacon. Everything else was awesome!
I was nosey and checked out the food at other tables, which looked really good as well.
I look forward to my next trip to this spot. There are several more items on the menu I’d like to try- like the strawberry shortcake deep fried biscuits! Sounds yummy!
