I truly enjoy the peaceful and scenic train rides on Amtrak through the Northeast Corridor.
Spotty wi-fi makes it difficult to work, study, stream/post pics and videos, etc. All of which are desirable tasks when you’re sitting in one spot for hours. Lol!
However, I don’t understand why the wi-fi connection is so bad! And it’s been bad for years! Is it a bandwidth problem? An infrastructure problem? I’m not sure why this issue hasn’t been corrected by now. Good grief!
I’d also like to add wait staff for snacks or an additional cafe car to my Amtrak wishlist. Or maybe a few vending machines on the train. 😜 It can be hectic to walk through several train cars to get to the cafe, and then have to stand in a long line for food and drinks.
